Where we ship
Voltrela currently ships to addresses within the United States. We may expand to additional destinations in the future.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on eligible U.S. orders unless a different shipping charge is clearly shown at checkout.
Processing and delivery estimates
Orders are typically sent to fulfillment within 1–3 business days. Most U.S. orders are expected to arrive within about 7–15 business days after the order is placed. Delivery times can vary by item, destination, carrier, holidays, customs or logistics delays, and other conditions outside our control.
Multiple packages
Some orders may contain products fulfilled from different locations. When that happens, items may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after the order ships. Tracking updates can sometimes take time to appear after a label is created.
Incorrect addresses and delivery issues
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If an address needs to be corrected, contact Voltrela as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment, changes may not be possible.
If a package appears lost, damaged, or delivered to the wrong location, contact Voltrela promptly so we can review the available tracking and fulfillment information.
